Reputational Risk: A Bibliometric Review of Relevant Literature

This paper focuses on analyzing the level of research development regarding reputational risk a general basis to identify what topics remain be investigated. As result, it offers broader scope research, including debates, resolutions, and gaps that are relevant topic. A bibliometric analysis has been employed in this study topic’s trends pinpoint potential literature. The data were collected from Scopus database for period 1994–2022, where search resulted total 659 documents relating any way fit selection criteria. Research shows conducted investigations favor reputation e-commerce, insurance, corporate social responsibility, operational risk, management, sustainability reporting. However, some articles' results related contradictory, others found no evidence risk; other not fully examined or presented Therefore, current topic-related literature does suffice, further is required cover more highlight alignment between similar studies. brought light papers demonstrated by investigating articles’ contradictory researched topics, turn conveying which need examination.
